Before participating in any experience/event hosted by AmazingCo, each participant must read the information in this document and sign the declaration.
The Participant acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:
In participating in this event/experience they may suffer injury, harm or loss and the Participant does so at his/her own risk;
They will willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, they observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, they will remove themselves from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and,
To the extent permitted by law, the Participant accepts that AmazingCo, the venue, or the event host will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, action, claim, costs or expenses, which may arise in consequence of participation in the experience, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused by the negligence, breach of duty, or wilful misconduct of AmazingCo.
They shall not make any claim or demand against AmazingCo except in circumstances where such claim arises as a result of negligence, breach of contract, or other unlawful acts by AmazingCo.
